[mosquitto-dev] Version 2.0.7 and 1.6.13 released

Dear all,

As previously mentioned the default installation for Docker and Snap
packages is moving from 1.6.x to 2.0.x today. In the interest of
having the most up to date versions, I've also released 1.6.13 and
2.0.7.

The Snap packages have already been moved to 2.0.7 as the default. The
Docker images will do so as soon as Dockerhub accepts the pull request
with the change.

I am also working on getting the Debian packages in repo.mosquitto.org
up to date.
