Hi all,

I've done some more migration tasks. Bugs stored in bugzilla have been
migrated to github issues. I've not updated the open bugs in bugzilla
to point them to github yet.

The github repository is now configured to use travis-ci for testing
on changes being pushed. I've also configured coverity scan to run its
static analysis on the project when pushes are made to the
coverity-fixes or coverity-develop branches, which should make keeping
up to date there easier.

Still to do - documentation updates.
