[mosquitto-dev] Mosquitto repositories have moved to github

Dear all,

I'm pleased to say that the mosquitto repositories have moved to
github. They can be found at:

https://github.com/eclipse/mosquitto
https://github.com/eclipse/mosquitto.rsmb

I'll be updating the documentation to point both repositories and bug
reporting to the new location. I'll also ensure that the existing bugs
are migrated over from bugzilla.

Contributions can now be made with github pull requests - bug fixes on
the "fixes" branch and new features on the "develop" branch.
Contributions do still need to meet the Eclipse IP requirements of
course.
