[leshan-dev] CoAP message logs in Leshan standalone

Hello, 

For people using the Leshan standalone app, it is now possible to visualize the CoAP messages between the server and a client.

In the client view, click on the bottom right button "CoAP messages" to open a log panel and display the CoAP logs.

It is pretty close to what is available in the log panel of the OMA LWM2M DevKit, for the client side.

The last version of the standalone app is deployed on the eclipse sandbox.

I hope it will be useful to debug and understand the client/server exchanges.
