Please right click on Kura_Emulator_Linux.launch, then select “Run As -> Run Configuration…”. Under workspace bundles, uncheck:
org.eclipse.kura.protocol.can
org.eclipse.kura.protocol.can.test
org.eclipse.kura.deployment.customizer

Something on your system is preventing Java from opening port 8080. This could be a firewall issue, an existing application using that port, user permissions, etc.
