[incubation] Commit fails ip-verification after merge

Hi All,

I'm wondering if anybody else dealt with the following problem before?
And, of course, if anybody has pointers on how to deal with the
situation.

I'm trying to merge the "master" branch of the Eclipse Cyclone DDS
project into a feature branch called "xtypes", but the pull request
fails IP verification. There's one specific commit that causes this,
which passed verification when it was merged into master.

Has anyone dealt with this situation before? Help is greatly
