[ee4j-pmc] Add AssertJ for unit-tests to Open MQ

Ed - Thanks for taking care of mockito CQ.

As we are on that topic - OpenMQ also uses assert-j core for unit
tests, very recently added (August).

I've found https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=20425 filed
for "Product: ee4j", but for exact version (and OpenMQ uses later, and
mockito CQ:17673 has "AND LATER VERSIONS" in summary).

Just for completeness, if that shall be tracked as well.
