We've updated our records to reflect these changes.

Mark Little has been retired from the EE4J PMC, while Scott Stark is now a member of the same.

Mark Little has indicated that he wants to withdraw from the EE4J PMC. I propose we add Scott Stark as his replacement from Red Hat.
