I may be splitting hairs, but if a person is not listed on a project's "Who" page, then they are not a committer on that project.
They may well have been designated as a committer on a project proposal or have been recently elected to the project. But we don't grant them the privileges of a committer until after we've received and processed the necessary paperwork. If somebody is missing, or you think that maybe something has slipped through the cracks (with the massive volume of new committers that we've taken on with the EE4J projects, we've noticed a few cracks in our processes), send a note to
emo-records@xxxxxxxxxxx to ask for help.
There is a short lag (a few minutes) between the time that somebody is designated as a committer and they show up on the "Who" page.
If somebody is listed on that page and does not have write access to GitHub repositories assigned to that project, then chances are that we need that somebody to give us their GitHub Id (via
http://accounts.eclipse.org)
