Tha is correct. Main toolbar and menu are not supported at the moment.
Reason is a bug in Eclipse which tries to persist dynamic content
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=378815

This would result in 2 buttons on the 2nd startup, 3 buttons on the
third ...
