[ease-dev] Modeling modules refactoring

Hi modeling community,

today I refactored the modeling modules a bit to make them more 
EASE-like. I did not change the exported methods, but changed the 
inheritance model to module dependencies. I hope I did not break 
semantics here, so in case you figure out any strange behavior, please 
let me know. You may try out the new version from tomorrows nightly 
build onward.
