-1, having worked for a large software company in the past, I think the current platform approach of having the developer describe his development is much more efficient.

I tend to agree with that.

Ideally! What a Utopia. Many projects struggle to raise development man power let alone extra specialists, so a lightweight aide for the developer(s) please.
