I researched the problem (you can see the trail on the bug 178892) and found a bug in the siteOptimizer when features have no descriptions. I attached a patch to the bug.

I have removed TPTP from the Europa build until either (a) the bug in creating digests is fixed or (b) all the TPTP features include a description tag. FYI.
