Hi Bjorn,

Some TPTP features don't have a description.
 If Europa requires all features to have a description, TPTP may not
meet this requirement.  However, I don't think it is fair to remove
TPTP from the Europa build because of a bug in siteOptimizer, which we
have no control over.  And having a description for all features is
not a MUSTDO for europa.  I hope the siteOptimizer can be fixed to
accomodate features with no descriptions.  Otherwise, I can add descriptions
to features that don't have a description.  But since we already have
a candidate build ready, I will let the TPTP PMC decide if we want to do
that.  I'm sure we don't want to be left out of Europa because we
have features that don't have a description.

Kim,
I researched the problem (you can see the trail on the bug
178892) and found a bug in the siteOptimizer
when features have no descriptions. I attached a patch to the bug.

Sri, Hubert,
I have removed TPTP from the Europa build until either (a) the bug in creating
digests is fixed or (b) all the TPTP features include a description tag.
