That mirror seems to work for me. Please raise a bug against Community - if there are misbehaving mirrors the webmasters take them offline.

There are tens of such errors, and canceling the install and trying again did not change the mirror url.

The only successful way was to download the .zip and install from the local archive.

Alexander mentioned some possible mirror configuration issues, perhaps they need to be addressed.
