[andmore-dev] Andmore on Open Hub

I totally forgot to do this a couple of years ago, when bring the 
project over to Eclipse.  I've added the project to Open Hub just to get 
it out there.  Not expecting a lot of influx from doing this, but feel 
it should have been done when initially starting the project.
