[andmore-dev] New Target Milestone and Versions

I've created new target milestones 0.5.1-M1 and 0.5.1-M2.  Any bugs 
should target 0.5.1-M1 as the milestone for the time being.

Reported versions should be against 0.5.0 if they aren't already specified.

Marcus Handte has submitted several small bug fixes, that if people can 
get time to review it would be appreciated.

I have also fixed the PR job so that it uses JDK 1.8 for the build, as 
apparently there are some items in the latest p2 repositories that 
require JDK 8 to run now.
