Re: [4diac-dev] Reworking Deployment/Download

Hi all,

I found really interesting this feature. I was testing a little and it's really helpful. The pop-up menu in the system view is my favourite. I see the end of the Deployment Perspective very close. I like the idea of having the Deploy button on the tool bar. Yes, it will lead to deploying not wanted stuff. Maybe we could pop up a list of what's being deployed (with the checkbox "Don't show this again"), so the user gets used to the new feature. The Runtime Launcher can also be there in the tool bar, and the Deployment Console and the Console can be on the bottom-right section, where Properties and Virtual-DNS views are. Personally I just use the Deployment Console when I get errors, so maybe it should be brought to the foreground only when errors occur.

Again, very nice work!

Regards,

Jose Cabral
