[Jose Cabral] I think it should say "Override all Resources" and/or "Override all Devices", similarly as how is done when deleting all resources in the device, and maybe a warning is prompt with all resources/devices to be overwritten that you can silent for the current session, so when restarting 4diac-ide the warning should pop up again (and maybe silent forever)

[Jose Cabral] I think the mapping will still be a problem... Maybe, an application file for each application, with the corresponding mappings in it, and another file with the devices (which won't change too much). The problem was mainly when someone change its application, it was necessary to pull and make sure not merging conflicts were present.
