Hi,

With new feature to resolve classes by annotations Budy policy loading is not consistent.

BundleLoader.findResource(pkgName) is able to resolve package in registered buddy.

But when I want to list resources method listResources(), policy is not checked and I am unable to get classes from registered buddy.

Actually this mechanism is used by Log4J where it is failing to load custom classes.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. As such, we're closing this bug.
