Re: [xtext-dev] Xtext Distro

http://twitpic.com/1zlrr/full

SDK feature group contains doc feature. And there's no guarantee they have the same qualifier. This may not necessarily be a problem; it may be that sdk.feature.group version *0545 includes xtext.docs.feature *0511. Check your map files.

(Incidentally, convention says you should have a .doc feature, not a .docs feature, but that's not a showstopper.)

Hi,

good to hear you've got the build working. Unfortunately, to be used as the testing distro for us and our early adopters, it is very important to have it based on M6.

Sure. We don't know what' wrong with the Xtext Update Site. have a look at this: http://twitpic.com/1zlrr . You can see that P2 is not able to download the specified version, but instead downloads an old version.

@Dennis: can you work with Patrick on solving this problem?

I hope we'll manage this before the M6 release.

Just to be sure: we need an M6-based distro as soon as M6 is out, right? Of course it would be nice to have I-build based distros in advance, but the M6-based one is the one we really need.

What is the problem with the latest I-Builds? Moritz' will send around a patch that should help you get over the sourceforge CVS trouble.

At least for the Distro build, we're not having any problems with the SF CVS.

Cheers,
Peter
