Smoke Test Request for WTP 3.4.0 I-build towards WTP 3.4.0 M1

Please document your Project's testing and approval of this build,
by 12:00 Noon, Friday (Eastern Time) (at the latest),
or let us know if that's not possible.

There is still one versioning problem with org.eclipse.wst.xsl_sdk.feature,
so we will respin once that is addressed, but that should not effect other
smoke tests.
There are also 20 other JUnit failures - the known comparator problem with
some Eclipselink dependencies -
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=353931 addresses those, and
19 new JUnit errors in JptJpaEclipselinkCoreResourceModelTests.
