Re: [wtp-releng] Re-spin to pick up RC4 EclipseLink bundles

I've promoted this build to

http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/downloads/drops/R3.3.0/S-3.3.0RC4b-20110607160810/

I'm a tiny bit concerned we might need an RC4c, given a signing issue with one of our "consumed" bundles:
Bug 348670 - unsigned bundle: org.eclipse.persistence.jpa.jpql

Our version is signed, theirs is not (I think). If they respin, to sign, and increment version number,
then we might have to as well, to avoid distributing a non-officially-released version.

Dali smoke tests pass for this build, and it looks like the tests are finished, although not sure how they completed so quickly.  In any case, from a Dali perspective, this build is promotable.

This re-build is actually complete, but the unit tests have just now started. I suspect they will take to at least midnight to finish ...

Once confirmed, and unit tests finish, this build will be promoted as our RC4b.
