[wtp-releng] Status of this week's (RC3) I-Build

While all smoke tests have been marked
"passed", there's some discussion if we should respin for bug
347463. 
(PMC Members, please take a look and
weigh in).

And, if we respin for that, I'd like
to include the (already approved) fix for bug 343629.

I think those are the only pending fixes
not yet released? 

RC3 is not officially due until Tuesday,
but Monday is a Holiday in the US and, while I will be around to promote
a build then if needed, would appreciate getting a rebuild done sooner
rather than later. 

Or I can promote RC3 now and ... we
can get started building our RC4 candidates?
