Smoke Test Request for WTP 3.1.2 Build
RC4

Please document your Project's testing
and approval of our maintenance build,
by today, Thursday, 2 PM (Eastern Time),
or let us know if that's not possible.

This is our Helios SR2 RC4.  

There were not many changes from last
week. But this is intended to be our final build for Galileo SR2. 
This will be promoted as an M-build, and
then, when time to declare the release, renamed 
to an R build. 

I think there is one more change desired
to include (bug 302480) but even if we rebuild for that, 
I do not think it would effect any team
except for the JSF team.
