I suggest you (re)open a bug and I'll
investigate. 

And, yes, should not have to download
separately.

Hello,

Does anyone know why the 
org.eclipse.wst.common.project.facet.core.source. jar is empty?  I
have 
the wtp sdk build I-3.2.0-20091202065244.  I shouldn't have to 
separately download the wtp-common-fpro-sdk zip, right?  I just noticed
that download, so for now I at least can get that :)
