[wtp-releng] Tagging problem (in the Validation Framework) fixed in 3.0.5

FYI - Carl discovered a tagging problem with two of the validation framework files. A fix that was released on 2009/04/18 and that went into many drivers, was "unfixed" on 2009/05/01 by an unrelated fix. (Two files were tagged incorrectly).

I spoke with David Williams, and he said it was ok the re-release these two files. I have done that just now via bug 276264.
