I also tried this with a later Eclipse
driver .... I20080318-0800 ... but still none of WTP loads. 

So then I dropped back to Eclipse 30M5
... and WTP appears to load. I did get 23 tampering messages when I tried
to see the Plug-in details ... I'm not sure what this will stop from working.

I've noticed that the last few builds (starting around I20080318155708)
don't work at all. None of the WTP plug-ins get loaded. 

When I try to do Help->About .... Plug-in Details ... there are lots
of errors in the .log file, including some that mention signature files
have been tampered with.
