[wtp-releng] Latest 3.0 builds -- don't work at all

I've noticed that the last few builds (starting around I20080318155708) don't work at all. None of the WTP plug-ins get loaded.

When I try to do Help->About .... Plug-in Details ... there are lots of errors in the .log file, including some that mention signature files have been tampered with.
