[wtp-releng] WSDL and XSD smoke tests passed but with bug opened: M20060

Lawrence fixed and released the changes
to correct the XSD validation junit failure.

WSDL and XSD smoke tests passed but
with the following bug reported:

There is a bug (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=131808)
in that the New WSDL wizard produces non-formatted source.  It is
reproducible using jre 1.5, but not 1.4.2.  A workaround is after
generation, one must format the source via the Format->Document action
from the source view.   Richard will be doing the preliminary investigation.

Also, this build, being produced on eclipse.org server has some JUnit failures
that were fixed on the 1.5 stream. 

Can owners of these tests please back-port fixes so we get a clean JUnit
run on this build server as well? Umm, Today? 

The current plan is we will produce our 1.0.2 release using this build
server, unless someone objects (or, unless we find other reasons to change).
