This automatically generated message signals that Florian Thienel has
nominated Igor Jacy Lino Campista as a Committer on the webtools.incubator

Igor contributed several patches and enhancements to Vex in the WTP
Incubator project. He is working on several issues to enhance the DITA
support of Vex. Besides that, Igor provided great help to improve the
quality of the Vex code base.

In addition to Vex, Igor also contributed to a variety of other Eclipse
projects. Vex is still graduating and needs more committers.
The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded. The voting will continue
until either all 23 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Igor Jacy Lino Campista must receive at least three +1s and no
-1s for a successful election.

portal page (do NOT just reply to this email; your vote will not be
