Oisin and Martin:

I have the start of some RelaxNG builds setup on Hudson.

There are a few outstanding CQs that still need to be addressed for some 
of the third party dependencies that Martin's content assistance code 
depends on as well as validation code.  The P2 Update Zips should 
contain what is needed to get the RelaxNG XText based editor installed.

If you could give it a try, I would appreciate it that way I can address 
any issues that occur from the build side.

Eventually I'll get it setup with an official WTP build, but at the 
moment this will be better than no build.
