Hi,
The JAX-WS Handlers will be implemented using a wizard. The wizard will allow you to create a javax.xml.ws.handler.LogicalHandler or a javax.xml.ws.handler.soap.SOAPHandler, while also giving you the option to add the new Handler to an existing handler chain file or create a new file. You'll also be able to annotate a type with the @javax.jws.HandlerChain annotation from the wizard.
The wizard will have a similar look to the JAX-WS Handler wizard that existed in the old STP Service Creation component.
This one will be a new wizard calling on the new API's in the JAX-WS Tools component.
The milestone plan will updated in a couple of weeks (Beginning of April).
Thanks, Shane

Hai Shane thanks for the update. Its works fine now.
sorry for the replying with wrong subject.
I'm
targeting the gsoc 2009. I had gone through your milestone plan.
According to that your next milestone M7 is concentrating on the JAX-WS
handlers. So I need some documentation help to get familiarized with
how you guys going to implement that.So It will be easy to me and other
people too who are hoping to participate gsoc. Also I like to know the
next milestone plans of JAX-WS Tools project.
Thank you
How fun is this? IMing with Windows Live Messenger just got better.
