You can check add the necessary JAR file to your plugin project, and 
check it into the WTP Incubator.  But for us to get it into orbit, we 
have to wait until it's out of parallel IP.

So you can go ahead and add the jar file now, and once it's out of 
parallel IP, we'll go through the process of getting it into orbit.
