[wtp-incubator-dev] Refactored launching code

I'd like to commit the changes I've made to the code to separate out the JAXP/JDT parts.
David W. - I remember you mentioned you'd like to keep change to a minimum for M1...is this absolutely necessary or can I commit this new code?
