They are roughly half done. They are
actually building! (which, I know, sounds like all done :) but 
I still have work to do on making a
nice (and correct) "downloads" page, and putting automated tests
in place.

I should be able to get Xalan 2.7.0 into Orbit this
weekend.  The last 
external dependency was approved for reuse and inclusion into orbit.  
I'll let the group know when I have that completed.

Also, how are we doing with the automated builds, and the items for M1?
