[wtp-incubator-dev] Xalan into Orbit

I should be able to get Xalan 2.7.0 into Orbit this weekend.  The last 
external dependency was approved for reuse and inclusion into orbit.   
I'll let the group know when I have that completed.

Also, how are we doing with the automated builds, and the items for M1?
