[wtp-dev] How to configure WTP validators for incremental build only?

Hello,

I'd like to configure the WTP validators that they will run on an incremental build only. This was possible in prior releases by checking the validator settings in the preferences dialog on "manual build". With using WTP 3.2.1, the validators will not be invoked any more (except when selecting "Validate" in the context menu).
