I don't know either, but
a better source for this type of help would be 
our webtools newsgroup.
The host is named
news.eclipse.org 
and the newsgroup for WTP is 
eclipse.webtools 

There is also a "web
interface" to eclipse newsgroups available at 
http://www.eclipse.org/newsgroups/
which eventually would
lead you to 
http://www.eclipse.org/newsportal/thread.php?group=eclipse.webtools

There are usually a lot
of helpful community members there who might know the answer. 
(and, if not, one of the
WTP committers would likely see and answer it eventually).
