This build is suitable as a target for
further development, but does have some known problems, 

Severe regression in JSPModelProcessor (dangling model)

a JUnit failure caused by a minor versioning
error in a test bundle

a JUnit failure/hang in 
org.eclipse.jst.j2ee.tests.bvt.AutomatedBVT  
that we think is just a matter of synching
up correct fixes to JUnit tests in this stream

In the week ahead, we will still be
producing "I-builds" but this is the final week of our 
M2, so will be for testing, bug fixing,
and stability.
