We're getting close now! 

Note, I "manually" updated
the DTP build referred to on the build's download page, as the 9/21 driver
is required to avoid a problem if using JPT. 

I've "declared" this build
slightly ahead of all green check marks in 
http://wiki.eclipse.org/WTP_Smoke_Test_Results_R20

But hopefully the respin we did this
afternoon correctly picked up the intended fix.
