C:\Windows\system32\javaw.exe is the
Microsoft JVM which is not supported.  If you install the Sun JRE,
it should fix the problem.

I just starting seeing some crashes at startup:

I don't get past the splash screen. 

Any suggestions for debugging this? Thx.
