[wtp-dev] Performance Webapp available

Thanks to the help from Sujay, we now
have a performance Webapp where you can view the performance results of
your performance tests. Here's the link:

http://apps.eclipse.org/webtools_performance/web/getScenarios.jsp

This Webapp is also linked to from the
main WTP downloads page. This Webapp only has basic functions right now,
please open new enhancements in bugzilla. Thanks.
