Impatient sort that I am, I'm going
to be cleaning up some old dependancies, checking in changes, and re-building
until its right. 
 
This will effect roughly 40 plugins
manifest files and features. So ... be sure to "synch up" frequently
and pick up changes I make to your 
manifest.mf files. 

This will only be goodness and ease
your work, unless you too are checking in a bunch of changes at the same
time .... 
or if you are starting new development
in head that can not be released this week for some reason. If so, let
me know. 

This is partially in response to these
two bugs ... but if I see any "unused imports" I might fix those
up at the same time :)

I know some other "plugin cleanup" is taking
place (at my request) so a brief note here to wtp-dev 
never hurts, to keep everyone informed.
