    The great and powerful eclipse webmasters have set up the auto mail of
our commit messages to vtp-commit-notice@xxxxxxxxxxx.  I have already had
them add all the current committers to this distribution list.  Emails no
longer need to be manually published.  Hurray!

    For those of you who watch this list and are not a committer but enjoyed
seeing the commit messages, I encourage you to join the new list as well.

instructions provided.
