RE: [vtp-dev] Getting started

I updated all of the links on the download page so that they are working
correctly.
This includes WTP 1.0 and 1.5

While it is not officially blessed, I have found that VTP 1.0 works fine

on top of Eclipse 3.2 (Callisto). Of course I may not use features that 
have dependencies. I don't know about the requirements for OpenVXML.
