[ve-dev] Question Regarding Feature Request on Bugzilla, is it dead?

I understand that the proper place for feature request is the eclipse
bugzilla, but is that really the only place for Visual Editor feature
request? It seems that some are not getting addressed and perhaps
losts in the slew.

i.e. https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=49189 - For adding
Radio Button Group continer.

This is something that is very important and useful, yet this Feature
request was added in 2003 (almost 7 years ago). Does anyone beleive
its a feature that will not be implemented or should I add a new
feature request for some rebirth on the issue.
