[ve-dev] How to use the visual editor?

Hi

I'm a beginner at developing applications using eclipse. I have downloaded the VE plugin and have copied it into the respective directories. Can somebody please tell me what to do now? I want to design a form in an existing project, let's say. What do I do? This isn't mentioned in the FAQ. I'd appreciate if somebody gives me a step-by-step description.
