[ve-dev] Small plugin structure change in jem feature

I just wanted to inform everyone there
will probably be a small structure change in the jem feature.

Right now there is only one UI plugin,
org.eclipse.jem.beaninfo.ui. It contains the UI stuff for BeanInfo. Now
with the new launch configuration stuff requiring another ui plugin, since
it is not BeanInfo, it is starting to get busy with small plugins.

The reorganization will be we create
a new plugin called org.eclipse.jem.ui and move the BeanInfo UI stuff into
this plugin, put the new launch configuration UI stuff in this plugin,
and get rid of the beaninfo.ui plugin.

The reason is because each of these
is small and can easily fit into one plugin. Also by making a new UI plugin,
that plugin doesn't need to be activated in a headless environment.

Does this cause any of you concern?
Do you have a problem with this change?
