[ve-dev] VE & Skeleton Application

Hello - I just downloaded VE and got it working fine, but I didn't see 
one of the options I liked so much in VisualAge a couple years back: the 
ability to have it generate the skeleton of an application, including 
menu bar, several buttons like cut/copy/paste/save, startup screen, 
"about box", etc

Is this feature already in here and I missed it, or do you have a source 
where I can get this skeleton app?
